Membership Program – “The Healing Hideaway”
Effective upon registration.


PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Your Membership with Alisha Kapani includes ongoing access to a curated selection of healing support and education tools designed to help you unlock deep self-healing and transformation:

  • ✓ Live Bi-Weekly Sessions – Participate in live masterclasses, group teachings, and intimate Q&A calls with Alisha. These sessions are designed to foster deep insight, embodiment, and momentum on your healing path.
  • ✓ Full Access to The Natural State Course – Dive into a comprehensive course that supports you in reprogramming your body and mind for lasting, integrative self-healing.
  • ✓ Private Community Access – Join a private, high-vibe community of like-minded souls. This space is designed to provide support, accountability, and sacred connection throughout your journey.
  • ✓ Monthly Guest Practitioner Sessions & Special Events – Receive exclusive access to healing sessions led by guest experts in energy medicine, manifestation, trauma-informed practices, and more.
  • ✓ Member Perks & Discounts – As a member, enjoy discounted rates on 1:1 healing sessions with Alisha and receive early invitations and priority access to upcoming luxury in-person retreats.


EXPECTATIONS:

As part of your membership, you can expect that Alisha Kapani will conduct herself by the standards of the International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org/ethics).

We will:

  • ✓ Host live bi-weekly virtual sessions as outlined above.
  • ✓ Provide tools, teachings, and community engagement to support your healing and transformation.
  • ✓ Communicate clearly about any scheduling changes or updates to live calls or special events.
  • ✓ Protect the integrity of the group container and uphold community guidelines for respectful engagement.

As a Member, it is expected that you will:

  • ✓ Engage with the membership content and community respectfully and mindfully.
  • ✓ Attend live sessions where possible, or access replays at your convenience.
  • ✓ Maintain confidentiality and uphold the safety of the group by not sharing other members’ personal information outside the community.
  • ✓ Remain open, honest, and responsible in your self-healing journey.
  • ✓ Respect the intellectual property, teachings, and community space offered within the membership.


SCHEDULING:

Live bi-weekly sessions will be announced in advance via email and/or the private community space. All sessions will be recorded and available for replay. Members are encouraged to attend live, though live attendance is not mandatory.


INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT:

Investment:
Membership is billed monthly at $197 CAD. By enrolling, you agree that you are financially willing and able to invest in this membership, and that doing so does not cause undue financial hardship.

Payment Authorization and Receipt:
By enrolling, you authorize Alisha Kapani to charge your debit or credit card on a recurring monthly basis for the membership fee, until cancellation. If paying by invoice or other manual methods, payment must be made by the due date or access to the membership may be paused.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

The Healing Hideaway membership is non-refundable, but you may cancel your membership by emailing [email protected] and giving in one month’s notice.

Upon cancellation, your access to the membership content, live sessions, and community will end at the end of your current billing cycle.


CONFIDENTIALITY & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES:

Confidentiality is a core pillar of The Healing Hideaway. Alisha Kapani will not share any personal information disclosed by you during group calls or within the community, except in cases where required by law or where prior written consent is granted.

By joining the membership, you also agree to uphold the confidentiality and emotional safety of other participants. Any violation of group guidelines, including bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior, may result in immediate removal from the membership with no refund.


PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, DISCLAIMER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS:

You understand that participation in The Healing Hideaway is voluntary, and you take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being during and after your participation.
This membership is not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. Alisha Kapani is not a licensed therapist, physician, or financial advisor and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. You are encouraged to consult with a licensed provider for any specific medical or mental health needs.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION:

By participating in The Healing Hideaway, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Alisha Kapani, her team, guest practitioners, and affiliates from any and all claims arising out of your participation in the membership, including use or misuse of any content or advice.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All course materials, teachings, recordings, and content within The Healing Hideaway are the intellectual property of Alisha Kapani. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without express written permission.


TERMINATION:

Alisha Kapani reserves the right to terminate any membership at her sole discretion if a member violates the terms of this agreement or community guidelines. In such cases, no refund will be provided.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve it first through direct written communication. If unresolved within 14 days, the matter will proceed to binding arbitration. The only remedy that may be awarded through arbitration is a refund of the most recent membership fee. No other damages or claims may be pursued.


NON-DISPARAGEMENT:

You agree not to make any disparaging or negative comments publicly or privately that may harm Alisha Kapani or the membership community. This includes but is not limited to comments made on social media, blogs, or within other public platforms.


ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

By checking the box or completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined in this Membership Agreement for The Healing Hideaway.
